What are the invitation rules for HappyIndex®Candidates and HappyIndex®CandidatesPro?

The survey must be sent to all candidates who have had at least one job interview (in person or remotely) and whose recruitment process is complete, whether the outcome is positive or negative.

When should you invite your candidates?

You can send out your survey based on your license type.

• Freemium
  You choose 3 months during which you want to invite your candidates.

           We recommend selecting a strategic moment in the recruitment process to get the most                   responses.

• Premium
  The survey can be sent throughout the year, depending on your recruitment waves. The survey must run for at least 3 months.

Prefer launching your first invitations on a Tuesday. Emails are sent at 8 a.m., like all our automated messages. This gives you time to make any last-minute changes before the official survey launch.

How to invite your candidates?
