From when can I start communicating about my results?

For all labels, you can start communicating your results upon receipt of the official accreditation email sent by official-accreditation@choosemycompany.com. 

This email will inform you whether your organization is accredited or not and will confirm that everything is finalized on the platform. You will then have access to all our communication tools. There is no need to wait for the release of the rankings to communicate about these results (label, verbatim comments, key figures, etc.).

- For HappyIndex®AtWork, WeImpact®Index, WorkWell_Index®, HappyInde®Clients, and HappyIndex®AtSchool : accreditations are done a few days after your survey closes. You can therefore start communicating from that moment.

- For HappyIndex®Trainees : accreditations are done only at the beginning of September, so all companies can communicate their results from that period onwards.

- For HappyIndex®Candidates : accreditations are done only at the beginning of October, so all companies can communicate their results from that period onwards.

Communication and rankings

You do not need to wait for the rankings to be published to communicate about your label. However, you must wait until the official publication date to communicate your position in these rankings.

We recommend that you first communicate about your label, and then, in a second phase, about your ranking position.
