How are the HappyIndex®AtWork & WeImpact®Index rankings defined?

Ranking Dates
The rankings are generally published at the end of June. In 2024, they were released on June 26, and in 2023, on June 28.
They are unveiled during an award ceremony and then highlighted in the press (with our partner Les Echos), published on our website, and shared on our social media the following morning.
Participation Conditions for Rankings
- Complete the survey before April 30
- Invite all eligible employees to participate in the survey
- Obtain accreditation
- Provide workforce data for the invited population

Our rankings are segmented by country and workforce size.
- The country is linked to your contract and survey if multiple countries are invited (question: In which country do you work?).
- The workforce size must be provided before launching your survey.

- HappyIndex®AtWork Spain: 3 workforce size categories:
- 1-49 / 50-99 / 200+ employees
- WeImpactIndex® Spain: 1 category
- HappyIndex®AtWork Italy: 3 workforce size categories:
- 1-49 / 50-99 / 200+ employees
- WeImpactIndex® Italy: 2 categories:
- -50 / +50 employees
- HappyIndex®AtWork Belgium: 1 category
- HappyIndex®AtWork United Kingdom: 1 category
