When and how are invitations sent?
All elements related to invitations can be found in the “Send” tab of your survey.

How are invitations administered ?
We offer three sending methods to invite your participants to the survey :

By email address: This is the main method. You add the list of email addresses of the people to invite on the platform, and we handle sending the invitations.

By SMS: As a complement or alternative to email, we can invite your participants via SMS.

By secure link: We can also provide you with a secure link to send directly to participants. Beforehand, you will need to define a unique authentication key for each person, which must be entered to access the questionnaire.
Email is the default sending method. To activate other methods, please contact your project manager.
Who is responsible for sending the invitations?
If you choose to add your guests via email or SMS, we handle the sending.
- Emails are sent at 8:00 AM from the address sacha@choosemycompany.com, via our Brevo server.

SMS messages are sent at 8:00 AM under the alias “HappyIndex”, via our Brevo server.

By default, one invitation is sent, followed by up to three reminders for those who haven’t yet responded to the survey.
If you do not wish to use, or are unable to use, these sending methods, we can provide you with a secure link that you can share through your own channels (e.g., by generating a QR code to display or email, or by giving your employees access to a computer or tablet, etc.).
