If you notice, once all invitations have been sent, that the participation rate does not meet your expectations, we can also suggest organizing an additional reminder in addition to your initial communications.
To do this, simply contact your project manager and let them know the desired reminder date. You can also target a specific population, such as a country, or, for the HappyTrainees® survey, the students who have recently been invited to the survey.
For all additional reminders, the default email sent will be the final reminder email. If you wish to send a different email, we invite you to inform your project manager.
