These surveys are anonymous, so it is not possible to know who has responded or not. This anonymity is essential to ensure the honesty and transparency of participants' answers. Indeed, when respondents feel safe and protected, they are more likely to express their true opinions and feelings. This allows for the collection of valuable and reliable information about their experience. Additionally, this approach fosters a climate of trust, encouraging broader and more representative participation.
It is also important to note that participation in these surveys is voluntary for your guests.

HappyIndex®Clients
The HappyIndex®Clients survey is the only non-anonymous survey. You will be able to see if an invited company has participated in the survey. However, if you invited multiple people from the same company, it will not be possible to know which individual responded.
To check whether a company has responded to your survey, go to the "Analyze → Participation monitoring" tab.
