Below are the possible error messages your guests may see when using the link.

If your guest receives this message after entering their key, it means they have unsubscribed from the survey. Indeed, our invitation emails include a button that allows recipients to unsubscribe at any time.
If there is an error, please contact our support via the chat available at the bottom right so we can reactivate their access.
A form has already been submitted with this link / unique identifier
If your guest receives this message after entering their key, it means they have already responded to the survey or their identifier has already been used to respond.
Each link is unique and can only be used once.
The link you used does not allow you to submit a form
If your guest receives this message after entering their key, it indicates that the key used is incorrect.
Please check the accuracy of the link or contact our support if you encounter difficulties.
The authentication key or link you are using is not yet active
This message appears when someone tries to respond before the activation date scheduled for their invitation.
We recommend waiting until the date indicated in the "Send" tab before sending this link.
