How are the HappyIndex®AtWork & WeImpact®Index Labels/Scores defined?
We have two rating systems for your survey. The first is based on three accreditation criteria. You simply need to meet the minimum thresholds for these three criteria to be accredited.
The score provides a rating out of 100, encompassing all your results. There is no minimum threshold to reach. This score offers a more detailed view of your results. You can particularly use it in the context of your extra-financial performance reports.
We also use this score for our rankings. Companies are ranked based on it.
Accreditation Criteria
These are the three criteria that must be met to obtain the label:
- Participation rate: 50%
- Overall rating: 3.81
- Recommendation rate: 60%
The overall rating is the average of the star-rated questions. We use a Likert scale.
The recommendation rate corresponds to the percentage of employees who gave at least 3.5 stars to the relevant question.
EngagementScore and ImpactScore
What is the EngagementScore®?
In the context of extra-financial performance valuation, the EngagementScore® by ChooseMyCompany reflects a company’s social performance as perceived by its employees. This score is based on four performance criteria that result in a final rating out of 100 points.
How is the EngagementScore® calculated?
Following a ChooseMyCompany survey, four criteria (each worth 25 points) are analyzed and summed to form the EngagementScore®:
